Ella Woodward has created something so great – overnight oats.
The idea is the night before work you make your porridge but add in ingredients for example banana, cinnamon, chocolate, fruit etc.
You then put it in the fridge over night and in the morning your porridge tastes better because it has been in the ingredients over night.
I try to make them every night before work and then I eat it at my desk in the morning. It saves time as well and it reminds me to actually eat breakfast (because I usually forget).
It’s nice and healthy (also the jar is pretty cute with the logo on top) and I got a book with a bunch of recipes!
