This is a favourite meal of mine to cook as it is quick and healthy – peppers stuffed with rice.
I start off by cooking the rice, once the rice is cooked I cut the pepper in half.
I then cut out all the seeds from the pepper.
After, I stuff the rice into the cut up peppers.
I then sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Then I put the peppers on a baking tray and in the oven to grill for a few minutes
